Refund Process
Should a refund be the best solution, our support team will process it for you. You can expect to see the refunded amount back on your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Our Refund Policies
For Our Letter Subscriptions
We offer a 30-day full refund on our letter subscriptions. If you’re not delighted with your story, let us know within the first 30 days for a full refund, and there’s no need to return the letters you’ve already received. Please note that cancellations do not automatically trigger a refund; you’ll need to request one. After the initial 30 days for monthly plans, we cannot refund past payments, but we will ensure you receive all the remaining letters you’ve paid for. For prepaid plans, a prorated refund is available for up to 60 days from your subscription start date. After 60 days, your subscription is no longer refundable, and we will continue to send the remainder of your letters.
For Other Products
We accept returns for all non-letter items within 60 days of purchase. Simply send the product back to us for a prompt refund. When making a return, please include your order receipt, your name, email, order number, the reason for the return, and whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping fees, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. We will process your refund as soon as we receive the item in its original, unused condition.
